Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed in 3-5 business days (M - F). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing may be delayed slightly. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Deliveries in the continental U.S. are estimated between 3-7 business days.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking Number

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order has been shipped with a tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active in 12-24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pace2Projects is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, import fees, etc.)

Damages

All sales are final. We are able to make exceptions for shipping damage(s). Please reach out to us within a week of delivery with photos of the damage to assess whether a replacement item can be shipped. If a replacement is not available a refund will be issued.
